Duplex cantilevered centrewind roll-to-roll slitting & rewinding machine suitable
for use with flexible packaging films, paper & laminated materials

Razor slit in multi-grooved roller with dovetail mounting top razor holders, (rotary
shear-cut slitting system with driven top & bottom knife shafts also available),
equipped with trim tubes & exhauster fan

1000mm dia. integral unwind floating through the machine frame with E&L web
edge guider/photo-cell, tension control via load-cell mounted web path roller/air
disc brake, hydraulic roll-lift-from-floor device, 76mm dia. air expanding mandrel

600mm dia. duplex cantilevered differential-slip rewinding on 76mm dia. ‘spacerless’
air-slip mandrels, dovetail mounting pneumatically controlled full width lay-on rolls,
right-hand side opening door for finished roll removal (no portable trolley available)

Max. mechanical speed: 300m/min
Drive system: 3 x dc motor, updated drive control, PLC by Allen Bradley & ABB drives,
the main electric/electronic control panel is integrated within the machine frame & is
cantilevered/swing-out for easy access
